At Tacocat Wellness, we ensure your order reaches you quickly and securely. We utilize “print on demand” services, which means your product is not made until you order it. This helps us keep our overhead costs down and decreases excess waste and unnecessary overproduction. Print-on-demand also means we don’t ship anything directly from Tacocat Wellness, so we don’t have to mess with the post office (which is a tad inaccessible for us).

Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and fulfillment process.

Economy Shipping

We offer cost-effective Economy Shipping starting at $5, with fully tracked delivery across the United States. Your products will be delivered within 4-8 business days. Shipping rates vary based on the size of your order and your location.

International Shipping

Our Print Providers ship to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to:

• North Korea

• Russia

• Belarus

• Ukraine

Production Time

The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. Most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after submission. However, fulfillment time may vary due to the following reasons:

• The garment is out of stock and must be reordered from the supplier.

• The product did not pass the post-production quality check and required reprinting to maintain our high-quality standards.

• The order contains 12 or more items, leading to a longer processing time.

If your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within seven business days, please get in touch with our Support Team for a status update.

Why Is My Order Taking Longer Than Expected?

On occasion, order fulfillment may take longer due to:

• Inventory delays at the supplier’s end.

• A quality check failure, requiring the product to be reprinted.

• Large order sizes (12+ items) requiring additional processing time.

Can the Production Time Be Expedited?

Unfortunately, the production time (fulfillment) itself cannot be expedited. However, if you're shipping within the U.S., you may choose our Express Delivery services (when available), which expedite production and delivery times and aim for delivery within three business days.

If Express Delivery isn’t suitable, you can upgrade your shipping to Priority Shipping (when available), which speeds up delivery but not production time.

Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking, allowing you to follow your shipment from production to delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and destination. After entering your shipping address, rates will be displayed for more significant or international orders.
