Individual Coaching
Our 1:1 individual somatic coaching offers a personalized, trauma-informed approach tailored to your needs. In weekly or bi-monthly 50-minute sessions (with an option for 80-minute sessions), we create a compassionate space to process your lived experiences and help you build a personalized toolkit for managing stress and expanding your window of tolerance. Our work focuses on the mind-body connection, addressing mental and physical well-being through integrative, somatic practices.
Sessions include personalized tools, unlimited support via email and text, and access to our resource library and online community. Whether you're seeking more connection to your body, relief from stress, or a more profound sense of safety, we’ll work together to create a plan that evolves with you.
Relational Coaching
Our relational coaching is designed for couples, individuals in non-monogamous or polyamorous relationships, parents, and their adult children or siblings. In these sessions, we focus on fostering healthy communication, deepening emotional connection, and addressing the unique dynamics of your relationship. Whether you're navigating the complexities of polyamory or improving family bonds, we co-create strategies that honor each person's individual needs while nurturing the overall relationship.
Through trauma-informed, somatic practices, we explore how stress and past experiences may impact the relationship and develop tools to build trust, connection, and resilience. These sessions provide a safe space for open dialogue, conflict resolution, and deepening intimacy, focusing on emotional and nervous system regulation for everyone involved. Whether you're working through challenges or looking to enhance your relationship, our approach is personalized to help you grow together.
At this time, all of our pro bono spaces for "equitable access" are currently full. We also have a waitlist for new one-on-one and couples clients starting in January 2025. Additionally, we accept small business coaching clients on a case-by-case basis based on availability.
Small Business Coaching
Our small business coaching is tailored for individuals who have experienced workplace trauma, burnout, or struggle with perfectionism and neurodivergent entrepreneurs who need support in creating structure and balance. We offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to help you build sustainable business practices that align with your well-being.
